Shipping and Returns

Delivery within Singapore:

Ship as many items as you want for only $5. Order above $50 and shipping is free!

Registered mail (using Smartpac) and courier delivery (using TAQBIN) are available island-wide within Singapore Main Island (this excludes Sentosa and other outlying islands) and will usually take less than 5 business days to reach you!

 

For International orders:

Our website is currently unable to calculate international shipping costs. Kindly send us your order to our email at Hello@Summerox.com, indicating the product(s) and quantity. We will then revert with a paypal request indicating the total which includes the value of the order as well as shipping fee. Please note that orders outside of Singapore can typically take more than 14 business days for delivery.

In both cases, you may also contact our friendly Customer Service to find out your delivery status via Hello@Summerox.com

 

Can I cancel/change my order?

If you wish to cancel/change your order, please notify us at our email: Hello@Summerox.com. Orders can only be cancelled before the items have been shipped. As we strive to bring your goods to you as quickly as possible, it may not be always possible for us to cancel/change your order after it has been confirmed. Merchant charges will apply if you had chosen to pay via Paypal or Credit Card.

 

Can I return an item?

We understand that from time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.

Before returning any items please contact us at Hello@Summerox.com to discuss your reason for requiring a return and organise an approval to return an item to us.

This does not apply to international orders outside Singapore which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on Summerox.com website

Before contacting us regarding a return we will appreciate if you could understand the following:

  1. Summerox will not pay for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering.
  2. If you have changed your mind, or made a mistake, please notify us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
  3. If you have received a faulty or damaged item or the item is not what you ordered, please let us know within 14 days of the recorded delivery date.
  4. Summerox will not offer a store credit for products that are returned damaged to us or never arrive. Failure to package a returning item properly will undoubtedly result in no store credit.
  5. A store credit issued for a return will be for the value of the returned item only and does not cover the cost of postage.

 

How do I return an item?

For all return requests, please email us at Hello@Summerox.com, with the details, including your name, email address, phone number, order ID, product details as well as the reason for return.
